By submitting Registrant Data you acknowledge that:

• You are authorized to submit the information and you certify that the Number Data is valid and are assigned to you.
• You are an authorized service provider for the calling company.
• You further acknowledge that the numbers are not being used by you to make calls that violate any consumer protection law or other applicable laws or regulations.
• You certify the Registrant Data you submit is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will receive a message from each Analytic Engine acknowledging their receipt of the Registrant Data and the additional processes, if any, with regard to your relationship with each such Analytic Engine.
• This website is intended only for submissions made in good faith based on a reasonable belief that mislabeling or blocking is occurring. The registration of phone numbers does not guarantee redress based on analysis that each Analytics Engine does independently. Free Caller Registry is not to be used as a replacement for caller reputation monitoring services. Please note that multiple submissions of the same telephone number provide no additional value or redress functionality.

The Analytics Engines may each verify and use the Registration Data to improve their call management services which may vary in scope to some degree from one Analytics Engine to another as explained in the Acknowledgement Message you will receive from each Analytics Engine upon completion of submission. Note that neither Analytics Engines nor their carrier partners use Registration Data to deliver Caller ID Name.
